Inspirations

This area of the website will have information on the journeys people have taken in response to Claire's inspiration. Individuals and organisations thoughout the world have worked with Claire over the last 25 years. Some journeys take a long time to start, others seem to flow easily and quickly. Inspirational is the word that has been most commonly used in association with Claire. There are a great many ways that we can find ourselves inspired, an article, a person, a place... all of these have a sense of relationship within them. Sometimes the relationship is with ourselves and how we come to understand our thinking, on other occasions it is the rapport between two people as they connect through common beliefs and values.

There are a number of passions that run through Claire's work. Pushing forward thinking about how we afford children's rights especially about the way we consult children in our work; the place of naturalistic learning in the lives of children; motivational mathematics; risk taking are all interwoven through the writings and training she has created.
